I’ve Lost My “center”, How Do I Find It Again?
Question by Tim L: I’ve lost my “center”, how do I find it again?
My core group of friends have drifted apart, I am constantly drifting into bouts of depression and everything I do from conversations on up ring hollow.
What should I do to find my “center” again so I can get excited about life?

The trick is staying positive and surrounding yourself with positive people. You are capable of great things! I believe in you. Best of luck.
