In this video blog, he demonstrates four great lower body strengthening activities appropriate to geriatric clients. The exercises are all functional in design, and can be “hacked” with appropriate modifications to meet the needs of your senior patients. The movements are chair squat, partial lunge, step-up, and stiff-leg deadlift.
