I have to do this for a friend of mine who lives there. I don’t know how, though. So can anybody here please give me some ideas and help me?

You would probably have to take the person to San Bernardino where more options are available. Look in the phone book for information. Or maybe riverside has places. I know Loma Linda would know. Contact any hospital they could help. I haven’t lived down there for a few years but Bloomington has grown so much they might have something now. Check out the phone book first. Good luck.
