Alcohol Drug Recovery Choir Sings National Anthem – Down by the Wayside Choir was invited to sing the National Anthem at the Louisville Fire’s Arena football game in Louisville, Kentucky. Down by the Wayside Choir is made up of homeless recovering alcoholics and addicts that are enrolled in the Wayside Christian Mission’s Recovery Department. Wayside is one of Louisville’s largest homeless shelters providing food, shelter, and clothing to over 600 men, women and children in Louisville, Kentucky and Southern Indiana.
