Neurology is pretty much with the brain, stuff like that
Psychiatrist is someone who deals with psychological problems like divorce between couples or a child that had a bad experience when they were younger….pretty much mental problems
Doctors, well it depends on the type of doctor

neurology is dealing with the nervous system. they do surgery and treat physical problems.
psychiatrist deal with mental illness. no surgery or physical treatment.
