AJS Operation The Smiley Face Appeal – Andrew known as AJ is five years old and has Spastic Diplegia Cerebral Palsy. AJ is unable to walk unaided and uses a k-walker frame to walk, He also wears splints on his legs and has physiotherapy daily and medication 3 times a day.
