anyone taking any good medication or natural methods that are helping them I take depikote and zoloft ? ?

Are you sure you have bipolar disorder? They usually don’t prescribe Zoloft for bipolar. Meditation works well.

I tend to go for the herbal remedies more natural and the side effects are okay with me
