These are people that do not have a dignosis of “bipolar” yet are nice one minute and a terror to deal with the next?
I am talking about adults not children.

Is that the medical term? If these people are not truly mentally ill, they are probably just looking for attention. Just ignore them and maybe they’ll go away.
