Are We Supposed to Leave USA Now That Our Economy Is Over?

Question by g-money: Are We Supposed To Leave USA Now That Our Economy Is Over?
Currently the economy is in is 2nd quarter of a recession and economists are predicting a second “Great Depression”. Many economists beleive that the US is in such a hole and they predict that things will not get better in the future. The United States economy is referred to as the Titanic. I’ve heard some people advocating moving out of the country.

Where on earth are you hearing this garbage?? I agree we are in a bit of a recession, but in no way are we headed for a depression. I have heard no news whatsoever of another depression. It is just not true. If it were, absolutely nobody would be hiring anybody. Just the opposite – employers would be getting rid of their help or they would be closing their doors. This is just not happening.

A depression is when there are absolutely no jobs to be found anywhere. A recession is when people are not spending. Our economy is not over. It is only in a normal downside of it’s cycle. We will recover. Golly gee – don’t ever give up hope! Two quarters recession in a row is not a good indicator to base a depression on. You must be fairly young to make the assumption that our economy is doomed, so stop worrying. It’s a political ploy, and it is false. You’re not listening to the right news sources!
