How Do I Find a Good Therapist?
Question by :-): How do I find a good therapist?
It’s for average issues (relationship trouble, need direction in life, etc)- nothing like abuse, depression, etc.
Do I need a therapist- will a “counselor” do? What’s the difference?
And I’d rather not ask around… :-(

Ask friends and co-workers if they know anyone. They best way to find a GOOD therapist is from a referral. Don’t just look in the phone book, you don’t know what you will get there.
