From experience I know it is not easy. But you just make an appointment with y9our advisor then go in and tell them how you have been feeling that you feel like you need some real help.
Trust that things Never get so bad that they do not get better. It may take time but things Will improve.

Go to a phsyciatrist. Or just get a girlfriend/boyfriend. Do what your heart is telling you too do. Go out clubbing, have some fun! Pray too god every night, something good will happen, i guarentee it! Just remeber your family and friends love you, and everyone in this world was made equally and you should have fun no matter what. Everyone deserves do have fun. Dont listen to someone if they are being rude, just stick with the friends that are nice, thats important isnt it? If everyone else is having fun, why not join in? We were all made to have a life, so go on, be happy, and start living you life. I wouldnt have answered this if i didnt really have an answer to it. But this is truly the right answer, so go head, live your life the way god would want you too live.
