I’ve Been Crying Myself to Bed for the Past Week..?

Two years ago my grandpa died on his birthday and I was a wreck inside. On the outside i acted like everything was fine, but then my dog that i had for almost 10 years passed away 9 months later and it was horrible. I’ve been laying in bed thinking of all of the memories and then i start crying until i sleep. i miss both of them so much. I can’t stop crying myself to sleep and i had a horrible dream about my dog the other day and i woke up crying and had no idea where i was. I’m a 15 year old girl if that matters. Can you just give me ideas on how i can stop thinking about this? I’ve already tried thinking of my life now like in school and stuff, but i’m not completely happy anymore and it’s tearing me up. :'(

my dad died when i was 15 and im 19 now and im still not over it

im not gunna tell u to see a theripist cus they ask so many questions and blah blah

im gunna say its okay to cry its def okay to grieve.i still cry, i just did yesterday. everyone has there own grieving process, i learned things to help it better or make it alot less painful is find things they liked or did.

ideas. i have a neclace my dad bought me and i wear it all the time. i no as long as i have it he is here with me. u could do a charm bracelett and say ur gpa liked hunting do a dear or duck whatever he liked doing and put a dog on the charm. and keep adding to it

remeber there no around in life but u will notice u going something that u and ur gpa did before or say something that happened with ur and ur dog and it makes u laugh even after life acting like there still around keeps them alive
