Question by Savannah: Anyone know of any memoirs on depression?
I’m not looking for “self help” books, or about how someone fought it and is now doing great,

I’d like autobiographical type, about someone living with depression, their expieriances, etc etc

anything sort of like
the bell jar by sylvia plath
or manic by terri cheney,
types like that
