Neither depression, nor bipolar disorder (manic depression) can be cured at all. They can, however be treated, and treatment should be under a doctor’s supervision.

I would talk to ur local doctor first, who could refer you to a specialist.
Perhaps just try talking to a guidance counsellor or friend may help.
But if you find that is not working it is best you go and speak with the local dr then specialist,as they are trained to fix this chemical imbalance in ur brain.Just as you would go to a mechanic to fix your car,go to these mental health professionals to help you understand, then treat your mental health issue.Your specialist may offer some medication to help you cope during ur deeper bouts of depression.Good news is,as painful as it is ur depression, just know u can overcome it and work through it!People care about u,look at me,i don’t know u at all,yet im offering you heart felt advice, thats a lovely thought in itself.People do care about you,and YOU are worthwhile and much needed,on this planet,we appreciate u!
Another thing is good to pray and go to church, and ask others to pray for you too.People you will find are very willing to help you even if ur shy, just ask ,or call a anyonomous councelling line in ur local state.I’m not trying to preach, just help.
best wishes with it.And take time each morning and evening to be gracious for what small things u are thankful for and enjoy those feelings.this will plant positive seeds in u,which will eventually out weigh the negative ones….:)
