I found out that my husband has been doing heavy drugs but he refuses to go to rehab. Is there a way to get him in rehab even though he does not want to go?

If he is a danger to himself or others it is possible.

Basically the only way you can commit an Adult to rehab is report him to the authorities and the juge may ORDER rehab otherwise your best bet is to threaten him with the things he cares about most ie: your marriage, kids, house, ect. This sucks and its hard but you have to keep yourself in mind.
