Child Hit by Car, Spinal Cord Injury Rehab


 

Child hit by car, spinal cord – Ten year old Jeromie was biking near his home when he was hit by a drunk driver. The impact broke several bones and caused a spinal cord injury. Jeromie has healed and with help from Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital’s spinal cord team, he is able to stand and zip around in his wheelchair. For Jeromie, life now is different, but he’s still a happy-go-lucky boy, enjoying wheelchair basketball and playing games with his friends and family.
