For a while I was in 12 step for my emotions and it helped during the darkest times in my life.

I am a christian and I love Jesus but I am concerened about this.

In my speech I tend to say postive energy and negative energy good or bad vibes concerning people and I open the windows of my home and pray over each room asking God to remove negativity and oppresion.

I read the Bible daily and pray a lot and I beleive in Jesus as my Lord and savior.

My question is what does the Bible say about postive and negative energy? I do feel these things intensly at times?
I was thinking of joining a 12 step group again to help me through some times and to have some contact with people I can relate to and understand.

Is this normal to feel this way and I can I use this to glorify God?

Anoint your house with olive oil and in the name of Jesus cast out the negative energy.

We all experience these feelings. You have to train yourself to think positive even when negative things are happening to you. Like for instance when you get a flat tire just say I’m not going to let this steal my joy I’m going to be happy anyways. Or when someone steals your parking place and you want to get angry and tell that person off instead say he may have stolen my parking place but I’m not going to let him steal my joy. The enemy likes to find things that he know will push your buttons. Just ignore your buttons. :)
