well have you gone to the doctor yet? All I can say is that there is alot of people who feel that way but, how to actually deal with it? Well I’m in the same boat at times but I just focus on the good things in my life so I can get on with my life. Take a nap or do some exercise it helps you forget about things some times. Or watch a movie, take a long nice bath, if you have any religious beliefs; if you believe in God then pray, they say it helps the soul. Other than that, the only last thing to do is go to a Doctor but there is only so far medicine can go. Maybe you don’t need medicine but something else.
