Question by irritatedteen: Do you have any of these mental illnesses?
I was wondering how many of you have these mental illnesses:
-Depression
-Eating Disorder
-Anxiety
-Anger Problems
-Bipolar
or if anyone has these symptoms:
-Nightmares/problems falling asleep
-Obsessive thoughts
What are your ways of coping if you have any of these.
I am doing a research paper about mental illnesses.
Besides that, I also have depression, anxiety, and anger problems.

I have depression…and Im starting to wonder about bi-polar…..idk maybe not.
I also have obsessive thoughts.
I dont know any coping methods, sorry. I just deal with it cold turkey.
