I can’t tell you about these books, but here are some that are available on amazon.com:

Anger & Stress Management God’s Way (Paperback)
by Wayne Mack (no summary or review)

The Anger Workbook: A 13-Step Interactive Plan to Help You… (Minirth-Meier Clinic Series) by Les Carter, Frank Minirth

Review: Book Guy A Great Book for Christians Dealing with Anger, October 6, 2006
This book is especially helpful to those who are trying to follow (or find) Christ and work through their anger. As for the reviewers who say there is no warning about it being Christian, Amazon says this: “From doctors nationally known in the field of Christian counseling” right in their editorial review. This book helped me through some very harsh anger problems and is a great tool to have. Highly Recommended!

God’s Stress Management Plan by Dr Helen A Mendes
Reviewer: Dale W. Hill Finally!, May 12, 2004
(Might be more general than you’re looking for.)
Finally a realistic book about stress with biblical principles on how to manage it! As Christians, we are often in denial about stress because we think we are not walking in faith if we have stress. I am so grateful with how Dr. Mendes first explains what stress is, then how to assess the stress in our lives, and finally how to manage it. The ten principles she recommends to avoid, reduce, or manage stress are simple yet profound, and very doable. Thank you Dr. Mendes! Christian or not, anyone can benefit from this book!

I thought I might have a book on this, as I sell on-line and pick up all kinds of different books, but not this topic. So I went to Amazon, typed in anger management and then chose religion/inspirational to cut it down a bit. Still, there were a little over 500, but you can break it down more if you want. The two with reviews had 4-5 stars from readers. You can probably get one for a great price as well, especially if you’re willing to go used. Hope this helps.
