I think i read somewhere you have to give them your medical records, correct me if im wrong

No they make one for u

No, you don’t give them your civilian medical records. You fill out the standard medical history form that every branch uses. It has many yes/no/explain questions like, “Have you ever had surgery?” They expect you to tell the truth on the form.
