Re-entry prison facility on hold because of site issue
It was hoped the facility would be built in an unincorporated area of Solano County, but a letter from the San Francisco Bay Conservation Development Commission said the proposal to build the facility there would be inconsistent with the laws and policies regarding the Suisun Marsh area.
