Yes, I am doing it. I bought it about 6 months ago.
I suffer from depression and anxiety.
The course is very long.
I stopped after lesson 4.
As long as you continue with the program on the schedule that they give you, you should be fine.
But it doesn’t happen overnight.

I was given this program as a gift about a year ago, but never touched it until recently. I began seeing a behavioral psychologist to deal with some anxiety issues, and found out that she believes 100% in this program; she assigns me “homework” between sessions that consists of certain lessons in the Attacking Anxiety & Depression system. I can tell you that thus far, I have been helped IMMENSELY by this program. I will admit that coupling the program with visits to a psychologist accelerates the success of the program, but if you actually stick with it, the program will help you all on its own.
