All she says is “Serve others then you won’t have time to think about your depression,” :( I need help!

to some degree she is right, but depression is more than that , as you know… you could give her the sites below after you check them out
there is a teen support groups for depression,etc and other things below , run by doctors

Obviously, your mom does not have the capacity to deal with this issue.
Take it upoin yourself to read books and investigate online your own symptoms…and research your best treatment options..
In general I know its sounds dumb but DIET and EXCERSIZE really help. OR ya know that hobby you loved as a child, try starting that up again….
Depression is totally normal and very treatable. don’t be discouraged.
