Question by SEA-BAT: I always thought “stress” & “depression” were the same thing. What is the difference?
I’m sure this has probably been asked before but I would like to know? Thanks in advance for your answer.

no stress and depression arent the same. you can feel stressed and no be depressed. everyone lives with a certain amount of stress in their lives, when stress gets to much for a person to cope then they can get depressed.

Depression is always about the past .
Anxiety about the future.
Stress is about the here and now.
It is a perception that we are not in control.
Take control over what you can and let go of what you cannot.
