Question by Rach: I work at a conveince store and a co worker of mine misses alot of work due to “mental issues” is this okay?
Please note my co worker is also my managers daughter. I feel that she is getting “special treatment.” The co worker seems to miss work all the time, not just a day but weeks. Somehow after her doing this several times, shes still has a job. Discrimination?

It’s not discrimination, but a little unfair. But parents do always pick their child over someone else.
