Question by Open Your Eyes: Ideas for Commercial on the Dangers of Alcohol?
I am trying to make a 30 second commercial on the danger of alcohol.

This is my idea so far:

“In one year, you could…”

“In one month, you could…”

“In one day, you could…”

“In one hour, you could…”

“In one minute, you could…”

“In one second, you could say no to alcohol.”

Obviously, the (…) would complete the sentence with something one could do in that given time frame.

I really like this idea, but the problem is, I don’t know what kind of shots to film. Any ideas?

In my country we had couple of years ago a fashion house what put out dead babies in a jar and they had signs : ”my mom was an alcoholic”
people wentotallyly crazy
we are a little country in Europe ,but we have 2 place in Europe Union for alcoholism.but people from Finland are the worst.

See if you can get permission to shoot in Accident and Emergency in any hospital on a Friday or Saturday night. I don’t think it would be easy, but if you don’t ask – you don’t get. Take plenty of memory cards with you.

Contact the police and see if you can accompany them on their town centre patrols, they might agree as your video makes good evidence for them. I would not advise you to try it without the police being there for obvious reasons.
