I want to get into homeopathy and traditional Chinese medecine, including acupuncture. Is there any health insurance that covers this?

In a word…No. Not in the US at least. There is coverage in Ohio for acupuncture under the Bureau of Workman’s Compensation, but getting it approved is dodgy at best. Sorry.

Not in The US with perhaps a few tiny little exceptions.
If acupuncture is part of physiotherapy, for example, then many insurance companies do cover it. However it can’t be any standalone treatment and must be provided by a person with well recognized medical training.
In some Canadian provinces acupuncture can be covered. In The UK on The NHS and in Australia on The PBS a number of “alternative treatments” are allowed however it is likely they will be removed after The UK House of Commons (Parliament) and The NHS have stated that homeopathy should not be publicly covered due to almost no evidence it works. And with a recent manslaughter conviction in Australia of a couple who took their severely ill child to a homeopath and the child died due to not receiving proper care funding certainly could be pulled.
