the question is not enough detailed…
perhaps, you could simply live with certain disorder in it’s rhythm,
if it is acceptable for people that surrounds you
if it is not possible try to find surround where you will be harmonized more, and accepted , untill the moment you begin to feel good

I can almost guarentee you that there are a ton of Bipolar groups on the “Groups” feature of Yahoo. Look on the Yahoo home page, and click Groups.

Somewhere on Yahoo there is also “Directory” to all of the groups, listed by topic, but it I remember correctly, it’s not all that easy to find. But it **is** there somewhere, if you are persitant in searching for it.

In this day and age, there is no longer a reason to be alone with your concerns. Most people find being able to talk with others who share the same problems to be **really** a supportive thing, and is often the first step in turning things around.

Take a look, and see what you can find ??
