Is This Part of Being Bipolar?
Question by ME: Is this part of being bipolar?
I was diagnosed with it a few months ago but have been pretty much in denial until now.
Deep feelings on loneliness, Feeling like I need to do something, desire for love, deep pressure inside my stomach, my room feeling like a prison. Walking for hours to try to feel free. Night makes it worse, desire to jump on a bus and go to the other side of the country.
That’s how I been feeling since friday. I was tempted to go get drunk to atlest feel happy but I knew this would be a mistake after my battle with alcoholism.
I should add there are times I feel superior to others, have high self esteem, workout 6 days a week, eat healthy, run daily, concerned with my apparence. Usually lasting a week to 2 weeks

this is all conceivably a part of being bipolar. i applaud the fact that you haven’t gone back to alcohol to cope. You definitely need to tell a psychological professional about this as soon as possible especially if you are on meds.
