Question by Juice: Lately ive been having crazy thoughts and i dont know what to do?
Well im 17 and my dad has been acting weird over the past coupleof months he talks to him self and he writes notes saying stuff like LIES and I HATE you but the thing is crazy thought im having is him hurting my mom or sister or me killing him And its make me physically sick and keeps me up at night I have never thought about killing ever plz help

If this is a stepdad I would say confront him. If he is your biological father talk to your mom and get her to think about the safety of the family and get him a therapist. If you’ve always had a good relationship with him then talk to him about it. You may be scared but things can get worse and it’s best to take action now.
