He graduated San Leandro High, San Leandro, CA 1968. Best friends were Gary Merrill and Elliot Hudson, now an attorney. He was in the Youth of America, in the Bay Area. He had second homes in Santa Cruz (which he sold) and also in Lake Tahoe. His parents were Russ and Eleonor Lewis of San Leandro and Hayward. His Dad was of owner of Russ Lewis Realty, San Leandro. He is blonde, blue eyes, 6′ 2″, medium build. He had also a company Bill Lewis Celebrity and Entertainment in Sherman Oaks, CA. His mother last lived on Windemere in Hayward in a mobile home park. He had a sister, that was married. He used to be registered with the Musician Union in San Francisco. Also looking for Gordon “Lucky” Lewis, a professional guitarist from Pennsylvania and lived in Southern Calif, while in physical rehab at Long Beach Memorial Hospital, Memorial West Rehab Unit. He had a friend by the name of Gracious Palmer, who worked at the same hospital lab. She was from Penn. too and had worked with Bill Lockyer
