New Device Addresses Foot Drop in – Christina Arnold suffered a massive stroke at 30 years old. After receiving care at National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington, DC, she joined a clinical trial of the Ness L-300. This device may help patients who are left with a condition called foot drop. MedStar NRH Physical Therapist Kathy Brady is leading the study and is featured in this clip which originally aired June 9, 2011 on 9 News in Washington, DC.
