She also has what she describes as “Two discs that are protruding from my spine.”

Probably the best thing she can do at this time is take ibuprofen and muscle relaxers. Does she have health insurance? Physical therapy could be beneficial. She could perhaps get some treatments from the physical therapist that could be very helpful.

I’ve found stretching to be most effective but her doctor will refer her to a physical therapist who will prescribe the apprpriate exercises for her condition.
