Question by : NEED HELP WITH DEPRESSION OTHER THEN WHAT I AM CONSIDERING IN SUICIDE.?
I am and have been going through a severe bout of depression for almost the entire year and don’t know what to do about it. I don’t want to get up for work or get up out of my bed for anything, I just want to sleep, only thing I still enjoy. I probably eat about every other day if that & shower about the same which for me is unusual. I don’t recognize the man I seen in the mirror…..I been thing about committing myself but I don’t know how or what to do in going about it. Any advice??

Depression – Talk about it – This is a video me (shrugies), Jordan (FallOfSeptember) and Christian (METALHQ) made for a school project in 2007, our first year of high school. We were supposed to make a video exploring depression and where you can go for help. This video was meant for to be an entertaining approach on a serious topic. The audio track is owned by Linkin Park, Warner Bros and Machine Shop and is used for entertainment purposes only. Please do not take all of Christian’s advice seriously LOL It is meant to show how other support networks are important. Well, really, we just couldn’t think of anything better. Ahahaha.Bullying is also very bad and an act we do not endorse and encourage. In fact, we are completely against it. Parents who also rage at their kids should also reconsider their actions. We encourage parents to continue to encourage their children. :D Jordan, Christian and I would like to say to anybody suffering from depression to know that they’re not alone. Go to your support networks- friends and family and confide with people. Seek the help of the various organisations out there and a doctor because they might help. You can overcome depression. What the mind can perceive and believe, it can achieve.
