Regarding Ecology and the Present Administration’s Pending “Depression”, Is It a Sin to Recycle Postage Stamps?

Question by ?SAYA? ?Blood+? ???: Regarding Ecology and the present administration’s pending “Depression”, is it a Sin to recycle postage stamps?
Don’t laugh. I do this. Is not Human saying “A Penny Saved is a Penny Earned.”? I soak cancelled stamps overnight in 90% Alcohol, available in any of your “grocerie” stores. Good as New.
“You go to prison”, you say? Where you think I learned and first start doing this? “Can’t get alcohol in prison”, you say? Go to morning “Sick Call”, ask for “Alcohol Swab”, in packet. They give. Good as new. I hate all Governments who would seek to use and dominate me. This is my way to fight them.
