Recently, I tried to kill myself taking headache pills and lied to the doctor that I didn’t do it intentionally (since I didn’t take enough to die). I’m embarrassed of getting a psychiatrist and fear that they will make it known to my friends and family. What happens when I get a therapist? Will they send me to the mental hospital? Question by Sofie: How do I get put in a mental hospital? I’m really ill, like I self harm, I have anorexia And Im sure i Have schizophrenia. I really hate going to school, because it makes me depressed, so I want to get away. I want to stay at a mental health facility or something, because it seems lovely. I want to sleep as late as I want, get medication for my sickness, eat the same as everyone else, not have to worry about stylish clothes or makeup.
