I have somewhat of a social anxiety, but its not terribly bad, i don’t have panic attacks, I just don’t do too well with conversations and such and care too much abt what people think… but I decided I don’t want to do meds, bc I searched on YA if it was best and saw lots of answers saying they just make you sleepy and some are addicting.. and I don’t want that for myself… so .. hows CBT like.. if you could give me some exercises your therapist gave you so I can see how its like..or tips on overcoming this, shyness :) Read more... ...
