“Exposure Therapy” Doesn’t Work for Me? I Have a Lot of Social Anxiety/?

Question by nickname: “Exposure Therapy” doesn’t work for me? I have a lot of Social Anxiety/? So basically, I have either Social Anxiety, generalized anxiety or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder which I believe to stem from middle school. I guess I haven’t come to a conclusion as I’m self-diagnosing, but… with that, you know how a lot of people say the best way to get past anxiety is to just “expose” yourself to the situations that you fear the most? The thing with me is that I don’t necessarily “fear” situations before they happen. The thing with me is that I get severely sick in certain situations — doing a performance or skit in front of a class, being in a big crowd, talking to a stranger… if you were to ask me to do any of these things, I’d be completely open to it. Hey guys, I suffer from depression/anxiety and I’ve been taking Citalopram for about five weeks now. Sometimes I don’t feel like things are real – for example, I’ll do something and then a second later, it just doesn’t feel like it happened. It’s just like everything is “unreal” around me.
