Question by merlin g: Can you tell me about depression and prosac? I have been on prozac for about three months now. Originally I was on 20mg but was bumped up to 40mg. I found once I went up to 40mg I started progressively feeling better. At some point after a few weeks I hit a peak that was very short lived and am now on a backward slide that has me back to where I was or even worse off.
