Dr. Drew FAIL Rant – Joey Kovar – Celebrity Rehab Grad – Dies – Well kids, drugs are bad — but you know that. What’s worse is Dr. Drew exploiting below D-List celebrities on the show “Celebrity Rehab” — Joey Kovar, Real World Hollywood “celeb”, is just the latest from that show to die from his addiction. (Of course, I had no idea who he was, and referred to him as “Mike” in the video….whoops) Not saying that the show killed him – but throwing 000 into the hands of has-beens with a drug problem probably won’t turn out well. Other ‘stars’ who died after their appearance on Celebrity Rehab include Jeff Conaway and Mike Starr. Why Does “Celebrity Rehab” Get Such Bad Reviews?
Question by harlemkid82485: Why does “Celebrity Rehab” get such bad reviews? Not only the show but also Dr. Drew. Critics claim they expose people’s problems on national tv and it’s worse for them. I disagree. I think Dr. Drew and his staff is amazing and is doing the best they can to help ppl with substance abuse. These celebrities are getting paid to be on tv. If anything, this show should be a lesson for anyone who’s thinking of using(especially young ppl). As a former user, and child of junkie parents who were taking from this world by drugs, I commend Dr. Drew for what he does. Read more... ...

At first I thought they meant the VH1 show “Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew“. I wonder if she’s really in rehab for drug addiction like most celebs on drugs and her PR people just trying to hide the fact that she is addicted to drugs and is in Rehab for addiction!
