(turn 17 in november) i play 3 sports, and have a Very busy life. i crack my neck/back all the time, and it is usually extremely loud. at the beginning of the basketball season, a girl tried to get a ball, and jumped behind me, trying to get to it first. she didn’t try to but, came down on my back area. ever since i have had to ice my lower back every time after i play.
