by Greens MPs Question by good_morning_sunshine: Is it ok to break a 4mg pill of Hydromorphone in half? I know some pills are slow release so youre not supposed to, so I wanted to be sure. It also has the usual “do not drink alcohol” sticker on it..what will drinking do? will it increase its effects or make you tired or is it more serious than that? well it says take it every 4-6 hours…and its not a capsule but its also not scored with a line through it…theres just a number on it.
