I’m Irritable for No Reason, What’s Wrong With Me?

Question by Ms. Cosmetics (new account): I’m irritable for no reason, what’s wrong with me? I’m a 14-year-old girl and I’m extremely pessimistic. I have OCD due to New York City and feeling inadequate without it, because for some reason, my heart calls it ‘home’, even though in this lifetime I have never lived there and wasn’t born there either. Anyway, my parents have sent me to numerous therapy sessions but I stopped I think at the beginning of this year or something. Apparently, I was suffering from a minor depression — “minor” isn’t so much the word as “clinical” but nobody wanted to give me pills because they don’t believe in those. My parents think there are natural remedies such as psychology and exercise. My life is so much more complicated. But I won’t bore you with it.
