Question by Menace: TRAVEL AND MANY OTHER ANXIETIES! PLEASE HELP!!? My uncle is about 50 years old. He has many anxiety and nervousness related problems. He is very very self concious(about his health only and thinks alot unneccesarily..) and is too much anxious about it though his health is just about perfect. And another of his anxieties is that he fears going to ‘new’ and ‘far’ places, he tells that he feel very nervous, uncomfortable and helpless by going to any new place that is a bit far from his familiar places and people. He fears travelling far(by any- flight, train and even cars). Actualy he always not alike this, about 10 years before a doctor shocked him that he might have had a cardiac stroke(which he actualy never had), so he just stopped doing ANYTHING! Going out, eating outside food(afraid that it could kill him), though till now he has recovered a bit but the problems I mentioned are about to be present consistentl. So please suggest a treatment ...
