by Feggy Art Question by Journey To Happiness: Would it be bad to take a couple days off of school for “Mental Health”? I’m rarely ever miss class and I get good grades. I am planning on taking tomorrow and friday off from school because I’m feeling overwhelmed and feel like I have no energy at all since it takes me forever to get to sleep at night. I don’t even want to wake up in the mornings half the time anymore. I lost my mother to suicide in June and I don’t feel like I’m grieving correctly. I have PTSD and “situational depression” and am taking Zoloft and now Abilify. My doctor also prescribed me Lunesta to sleep. I don’t really have friends at school.
