I read that since medicare was going to be making HUGE reimbursment cuts,some Occupational Therapist would advance on to supervisory positions, and letting the COTAs be more involved in patient treatment planning. What do you guys think? I already know that COTAs have more planning/evaluation responsibility than LPTAs. or is this a myth?
