Question by : Don’t see the point in anything. Is this normal? Hi, I have “clinical depression” and am currently being treated. I have adopted a healthy lifestyle, tried natural supplements, and also am on prescription medication. Nothing has helped. I don’t see the point in…anything. I am a friendly, “happy” person in public as I do not like to bring others down. Logically, I realize that no one is always happy, but I find it difficult to even get out of bed. I know it is disgusting, but when I don’t leave the house for weeks, I don’t have any motivation to even shower or brush my teeth. I see no point! It’s just terrible! I quit my job because of anxiety.
