Question by : Is it possible to be addicted to something without it being a chemical addiction? What I mean, is it possible to be addicted to something that doesn’t have a chemical basis like drugs or alcohol? Because I’ve heard of people being addicted to the internet, porn, and even food. Is it possible to be addicted to something like a daily routine like always practicing a musical instrument at the same exact time and length every day, or always running in the morning, or is that just a fear of change?
