On the outside i acted like everything was fine, but then my dog that i had for almost 10 years passed away 9 months later and it was horrible. I’ve been laying in bed thinking of all of the memories and then i start crying until i sleep. i miss both of them so much. I can’t stop crying myself to sleep and i had a horrible dream about my dog the other day and i woke up crying and had no idea where i was. I’m a 15 year old girl if that matters. Can you just give me ideas on how i can stop thinking about this?
